What do non-technical people need but can&#039;t seem to express?

What do non-technical people need but don&#039;t ask for because they think it&#039;s impossible?

What things are non-technical people currently doing the hard (inefficient and time consuming) way because they don&#039;t know how to program?  Invariably, they do these things and they feel smart but they don&#039;t realize that their 8 hours work could be automated into a 2 minute shell script.

In other words, I understand how to program, I just don&#039;t understand enough about social media or marketer&#039;s needs to suggest improvements that they might like.]]></description>
