Considering Apple almost has 8.5% of the desktop market, they definetly have the firepower to modify and implement open-source DB2 implementations available to existing Linux and Unix vendors for the last several years. Stop dragging your feet Apple.

The Mac OS is no better than the Windows OS, they are both closed source proprietary systems… and each of them XP and Mac OS X are priced near $135 dollars.

When will we stop padding the pockets of Wall Street executives? A decent license fee wouldn’t even cost over $25.00… but no, greedy Steve Jobs is just like Bill Gates and Balmer.

Roll with Linux instead, we don’t need Apple to become a Windows incarnate so that in 15 years we can see a dumb commercial about PC vs PC and why this one is better than that one. The truth is they are both rip-offs!
