Download Ruby 1.8.5 for Windows

Matz has released Ruby 1.8.5. I’ve compiled it for Windows (32 bit), so that the most eager souls can download it from here

It was compiled with the Visual C++ Toolkit 2003.

   Hello,
   Please an installation guideline to the user and if possible please work for a user document like PHP. It will help people to use Ruby more effectively.

   I have interest to work on this.
